  • Pre-ordered items and limited drop items may have extended processing times due to production or sourcing schedules. Estimated shipping dates for these items will be provided at checkout, but they are subject to change. We are not liable for delays in pre-order or limited drop fulfillment.

  • All delivery times are estimates provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
  • For EU and UK customers: Deliveries will be made within 30 days of order acceptance, unless otherwise noted, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

  • We require a signature for deliveries on high-value orders (over $200) for security purposes.
